A força parte do centro do corpo em pequenos micro movimentos. Essa grande tensão criada dentro causa calor, energia e vontade de crescer. O corpo quebra o tecido e expande, conquistando cada nível pelos impulsos abdominais até não conseguir mais se sustentar. Assim se derrama o corpo sem osso a base de água compacta.

A great tension created inside the body causes heat, energy and the will to grow. The body breaks the fabric and expands, conquering each level by the abdominal impulses until it can no longer support itself. Thus the bone-less body, fund of compact water, spills over.
